They will grow fine! Roots are not needed until extracting from the cultures. Plants without roots can still be hardened off but they will take longer to acclimate.Your Nep was developing a stem and basals so I cut the stem and plated both.

I thought so too! Trust me I tried them a few times on peat and only have a few left so I thought I would give them a last try in TC. Did you have any germination with yours?I thought those were supposed to be sterile!
