"Lights for Carnivorous Plants should be uncomfortable to look at. Otherwise not bright enough."
- Lloyd Gordon

I have a question: at what distance you will use this lights?
It looks like a lot of light... aren't afraid of burning your plants?

I use them at the same height as T5HO's. I haven't noticed any burning or other problems. The only difference that I have seen is a lot less heat production and less need for ventilation.

My T5HO & LED are around 23-24" to the shelves. So the height to the plants varies. Some of the tomatoes are 5" below and the small pings in little dishes are about 22 inches below. The top of the plastic terrariums are around 15" below the lights. Some of the CP's touch the top of the terrarium. The Heli terrarium is 20" from the lights to the top. It's a bit lower so it will be a bit cooler.
I could probably lower the LED one but I want the T5HO's to be at least 2' because of the heat.

Can’t praise @WillyCKH enough for his fantastic Light making skills to give our plants love and care and as well as your plant sales, This forum really salutes you friend and me!

Everyone needs a WiLED!

Willy made 6 2ft LEDs for my Terrarium with a track stand so I can position the lights at any length on the top of my glass lid. Around 7000/8000lm
Will post more photos on the new look once the lights arrive!
