Tissue culture lab

Hello everyone,

Just would like to present my working environment.

I'm an agronomist working on biostimulants and biological pesticides. We have an office beside a plant tissue culture lab where i spend some of my free time doing sterilization, multiplication work with carnivorous as an hobby.

Here are some pictures of the lab, will share with you later on some pictures of the plant i multiply for the moment.

I'm interested in biostimulants, especially ones that aren't very toxic and available to amateurs.

I've tried the powdered fungal preparations in the soil without any obvious effects. I've never added bacteria, except perhaps by my unhygienic propagation practices.
It would be interesting if you had suggestions on any bacterial amendments for plants.

I did find one brand in Canada although the strain was not named. Serenade seems to be discontinued.

Oh ok.
Question i had for the in vitro expert. Do you have experiences with Nepenthes tissue propagation. I heart Nepenthès like high concentrations in cytokinines (around 3 mg/L); Did you experience the same observations ?
If available, may i ask you to share the culture media receipe used ? For now, i replace a flask i had on full MS plus 3 mg/L BAP, i'm curious to read about your experiences.

Thanks Loyd for this sharing, i'm surprised they are selling the media without uses of hormones. I received as information special indication for Nepenthes mentioning they are in deep need of cytokinines.
As mentioned, this is what i did in my divisions but do not have more experience to conclude on the added value of BAP for exemple.
