Also, search around a bit for some unique one that you might like.
If your ok with ordering isopods online, La Shop Bioactive has some great isopods, and he often has sales going. I picked up 5 types last fall and all are doing great. I like "Lava" due to the variation in colours and then Tangerine for the really unique colour.

Incogniverts on Instagram is also great.

And critter cave Canada on Facebook is very active.

I have only purchased from La Shop Bioactive, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy something from any of the ones I've listed.

Does anyone have a good online shop for Cubaris s. varieties? I just got into isopods and have become a little addicted to these cute little guys.

Also, do I need to supplement with calcium if I've already provided limestones in the enclosures?

I think all the shops I listed above have Cubaris. I don't have any in my collection, but I'm sure you can use eggshells, cuttlebone along with any limestone you add. I just buy powdered calcium carbonate powder and sprinkle that in there, and mix it with any food I give them.

Probably a gnat or something.

Me too! I saw this full amber one a few days ago. Wouldn't stop for me so I had to take a fast photo as soon as it stopped for 0.05 seconds. I don't recall seeing one like this in the past.

Willy: It's hard to tell from the back. Is that a beefly? Looks like 1 set of wings.
Muckydoo: Is that a bee or a wasp?

It's a bee. I saw a picture of one that looked just like it on a post on the University of Saskatchewan website, but they didn't say what it was, it just said "endangered bees in Saskatchewan" under the photo

I went out for a walk one morning a few years ago and saw tons of bees just sitting in the massive amounts of sweet clover that covers the park.
The previous night had been fairly cool and I think it was raining the previous evening and overnight a little bit. I guess the bees hunkered down in the plants and had a good sleep. And they weren't quite warm enough yet in the morning to be really active because the sun hadn't warmed them up yet.
I could get right up to them and touch them.
Even with that, I still took slightly blurry pictures
