I'm not an expert so I'll only share what I have observed. The silvers like to stay on the wall of the container (where the algae grows) and most of the oranges like to stay underground.
When there are plenty of food on the surface after feeding, they will gather around the flake food. The oranges are more dominant around the food because of their larger sizes, and their food preference.
I haven't seen any fighting or conflicts beside soil mites hunting springtails. I have applied a systemic mite solution and now soil mites are no longer a threat to these springtails.
