I can see that the pot you use are heavily aerated, so what substrate do you use?
I suppose you have a grow chamber?

Thanks. Yes I have a grow chamber that I built.

For the substrate I use a mix of dried long fibre sphagnum and perlite. Usually about a 50/50 mix but it depends on the species.

Those plants looks so nice my wallet hurts! How do you keep a white grow chamber so clean?! Light, humidity, and misting, but no algae. What gives? Are you magic? I'm officially requesting build thread on that chamber.

@Apoplast , I fully intended on giving it a dedicated thread, and had taken step by step photos of construction...

Unfortunately when I was over in Europe last summer my phone was stolen/went missing and I didn’t have iCloud set up. Seems crazy in this day and age to lose a phone full of photos but it happened... :/ start to finish of this grow chamber build was on there!

@Avery That is tragic! I mean except for the fact you got to go to Europe. That part I am a bit jealous of. Yes, even if my phone was stolen.

I'd still love to learn about how you made this cabinet. Even without photos it would be very education and useful. Just saying.
