Questions about the great stuff insulating foam

It seems there are some silicone sealants that are "pure". This is one I found. It seems to have only two ingredients, which seem to be essential for the silicon sealants (siloxanes). They are found in cosmetics which are supposed to be Ok for people.

Lloyd, what about aquarium sealants? Do you think they would be safe for CPs? If so, Drosera shouldn’t have much of a problem finding one of them in pet stores or online.

Aquarium sealants should be safe when fully cured. I think they are just very expensive compared to other silicone sealants with no additives.

Drosera, sorry but I didn’t turn up anything re whether the LePage 2 in 1 is good to use for your project. Play it safe and don’t use it…just in case.
