Pollination of nepenthes flowers

looks to me you have done evey thing about right, except, may be getting some petal dew on your brush then putting that into your collected pollen and applying to the receptor, this allowes the receptor to suck up the pollen much easier ,you can actually see the pollen being absorbed by the receptor when petal dew and pollen is applyed ,and makes for much btter pollinations for me any way :) if there is enough petal dew the soft art brush can get or look quite wet :)

The first flowers are open so I started :)

just looking at some posts ,this photo that Dogrem has put up is just fantastic ,awesome, brilliant, why, because it shows in detail, the petal glands that produce the nectar i use to help in pollenation of the female flowers ,if you pay attention to the surface of the petal ,you can see the surcreastion of the nectar on the top of the petal ,I've been looking at this working in my G/h-es for 30 + years ,and not seen such detail ,so for me this is very exciting and interesting :) , if you see the pollen on the receptors in the photo below sitting there ,by using the nectar with the pollen the receptor suckes up the pollen so much better and quicker ,for produces a much much better pollination rate and much larger seed ,if you dont ues the nectar ,you dont need to , make sure the pollen covers the whole area of the receptor ,its in 4 parts just like when you open the seed pods ,there alson in 4 sections ,so for better more succesfull pollintion just make sure you cover all 4 section's of the receptor with your pollen :)
