Pinguicula ehlersiae {Ixmiquilpan, Hidalgo, Mex.}

Plant
Spotted these unusual spurs on these P. ehlersiae {Ixmiquilpan, Hidalgo, Mex.} I have grown for a year.

The nectar spur has two tips. Not sure what the proper botanical terminology is, maybe bifid?

It does not appear to be a one-off since the same feature is observed on one of the smaller clones that somehow decides to flower despite being just under 1 year old.

I was comparing it with photos of this exact variety online, but most of them don’t have split ends.

Is this morphology typical or anomalous?

Or maybe this is mislabeled?

Anyhow I love the way it looks - reminds me of pincers, which is kinda cool.

The same kind of bifid spur is found on a flower of my P. ehlersiae ‘Victoria’ from @Muckydoo too. This is a clone from Rainbow Carnivorous Plants as I was told.

These ‘Victoria’ pings look identical to my P. ehlersiae {Ixmiquilpan, Hidalgo, Mex.} to my untrained eyes.

So far, 3 out of 3 flowers of my P. ehlersiae have bifid spur (2 origins, 3 plants). My large Ixmiquilpan is pushing out a flower so I will keep an eye out - I think it will probably also be bifid.

Can anyone share photos of their P. ehlersiae with the regular non-split spur?

My P. ehlersiae 'Victoria' look very much the same as Ixmiquilpan as well, but I received those plants about 5 years apart!

I did notice subtle differences on the petal size and shape. But I have a bunch of each blooming so I can examine them again soon.

Ixmiquilpan doesn't look like what I've seen online, except from some European collectors?

If anyone else has flowers, it would be interesting to see them.
