I found this blog documenting P. vulgaris along the Maitland River near Goderich in Huron County. It is my hope to visit this area this summer and photograph plants at this site or any other sites I can find in the immediate area.

It's Ok to link, it is already on the web and the pictures are worth seeing. Luckily I don't think Ping's are tempting enough to poach. Hopefully CP people won't rip them up. Always a good idea to leave the specific locations out of our own posts, of course.

Great photos! Theres an abundance there, and i bet 100s of people walk by without seeing a glimpse of one of the groups of canadas spectacular carnivorous plants. Great photos showing how they grow naturally, and great for learning to recreate this in cultivation. Thanks for sharing
