New Lights

Due to some new furniture in the house and renovations I have to move my odds and ends collection of plants into the basement where there’s no natural light. I have an LED light right now for more sensitive plants but I’m going to need a few new lights to make up for the change- any cheap light recommendations?

I’m going to be buying 3-4 and ideally they’d be waterproof and under 300$.

Not sure about water proof but I like the Spider farmer SF600 lights.
