My project is to show how people grow their nepenthes on windowsill

Not necessarily. If whatever nitrogen the plants can provide for themselves is enough to saturate their ability to uptake and assimilate nitrogen, then additional nitrogen may have no effect. Just guessing though, no clue how much nitrogen Nepenthes seedlings actually need or are able to absorb.
 
There are so many factors to deal with. Still your experiment seemed reasonable and your results should help guide us. As above, my take-away is to feed whenever I feel like it and not feel guilty.
