Very nice pings.

I usually keep my seedling in clear closed plastic wares until they reach the size of a penny. Then, I put them in a mix containing more peat. I find that small pings struggle in 100% mineral mix + low humidity conditions.

They definitely do not like mineral mix.
I have some in a peaty mix now, and it's drowning in moss! I'll have to redo that one.
 
I haven't grown seeds in a while but very small leaf pullings do fine in all mineral mix in high humidity Terrariums.

This one's actually growing in a mineral mix and it seems pretty happy. Lava rock,turface, chunky diatomaceous earth and sand about 1.5 cm deep, under that is a light peat mix, and that's where the moss is growing from.
 
A few Pinguicula in bloom. These are fairly new, and are still in my quarantine section, so they are not in my regular conditions. I expect the next time they bloom they will be more vibrant in color and a lot cleaner ;)

I see a little bit of veining so I expect that would be more pronounced under regular conditions.

This was an attempt at P. ehlersiae 'Tolantongo' x kondoi 'Giant'

One flowered earlier this year and the flower looked like a ehlersiae 'Tolantongo'.

But the rosettes have some variation in colour and shape. I'll have to wait until they all flower I guess, but my money is on self pollination and not an actual cross.

Surprisingly bigger then when I got it. It's usually the reverse, and they shrink and colour up. Also about to bloom!

I Fertilized weekly with 100ppm all summer, but reduced to every 2-3 weeks once fall hit. Light remained the same all year, only thing that changes is the temperature. We had cold weather earlier this month and the temps dipped down in the grow area by 7c (from 23c to 17c) then stayed in a range of 20c to 18c for the last few weeks.
 
I don't know what 100 ppm means? Fertilizer dilution? But what dosage do you use for each element in NPK?Actually, 100 ppm = what in NPK?
 
ppm means parts per million. For instance, 1 mg of NaCl (table salt) in 1 liter water at 4°C would be 1 ppm NaCl in H2O by mass. The 1 liter of water would have a mass of 1,000 (cc/l) x 1 (gm/cc) x 1000 (mg/gm) or 1,000,000 mg. Thus 1 mg of salt in 1,000,000 mg water would be 1 part per million by mass. Not sure what fertilizer the 100 ppm refers to. I presume the ppm would be read off a TDS (total dissolved salts) meter. Which technically is a measure of conductivity. I used to prepare MaxSea by diluting to 100 ppm on a TDS meter.

I used Schultz liquid cactus 2-7-7
About 2 drops per 250ml of water and then test with a TDS meter to make sure it's close to 100ppm. I use a fine mist sprayer to lightly mist the leaves. Miracle grow premixed orchid fertilizer comes with a nice mist bottle and that's what I keep reusing

And every 6 weeks or so I use 1 drop of Schultz liquid African Violet 8-14-9 per 250ml instead.
