Mixing carnivourous plant soil

Hello. I'm just wondering, any one use Golfgreen Canadian sphagnum peat moss?
I use this brand for my carns and they seem to enjoy it. Just a beginner hobbyist and I've only had the bog plants for three or four weeks so I can't testify to the long term effects, though i've seen tons of new growth already. Will update if anything goes awry

Edit: sorry my bad, didn't see the date this was posted lol. Did you end up using this brand after?

@stevebradford i would like to ask if there is a smell of the bag of your certified brand of oil dry? Do you just mix it dry all the way and then bottom watering it. I tried mine there is a smell and if i put water and mix it with pool filter sand. It sticks together.

Thanks

I don't know about oil dry but that looks like very fine sand. I find that very fine sand tends to make the medium too compact with little aeration.

Yup i am planning to use oil dry, perlite and fluval instead without putting so much water it becomes like that i will just put a little bit of water and mix those three and just top it or mix it first and see if it would wick up to the top mix if it does no need to put water then.
