Lloyd! A new one for you to grow.

Broomrape refers to Orobanche which I am growing (see the parasitic plant section).
Indian's pipe is parasitic on fungi which in turn get metabolic products from trees. I am not aware of anybody cultivating these as it would require a pristine forest ecosystem.

The answer is that no parasites are normally grown. The easy to grow parasites are sort of the plant equivalent of the coronavirus. The interesting/unusual/fascinating/beautiful ones are not easy. It's hard to get viable seed, it's hard to get a strong host growing. I'm one of a very few growers that I know of. I've had a few successes and a lot of failures.
