Help!

I’m desperate to save this lil guy which I’ve had in a plastic bag / mini greenhouse - but this week it looked like the single leaf was rotting so I removed the bag but now I’m not sure if to leave as is or put back in the bag - any advice would be greatly appreciated (it belongs to a good friend who left it too long in his greenhouse)

It can't hurt to try. Cut off all the infected tissue. Dust with powdered sulfur and place in moist long fiber sphagnum. Room temperatures, moderate light and wait.
