Help with plant dropping leaves??

Somehow my myrmephytum selebicum all of the sudden dropped three leaves in one day, all from the same offshoot. All three of the leaves look completely normal with maybe very slight browning on the end that fell, but I don't know how long it was there before they fell, so that could have been post-fall. Can anyone help me figure out why this happened, and what I can do to prevent any more leaves from falling off?

Some of my similar antplants drop leaves now and then but they do grow back.

okay well thats good at least. I did a bit of research and it seems like they have a tendency to drop leaves when they're too cold. I did leave my window open last night so that does check out. I guess ill just have to keep it closed for now and just use a fan instead lol
