Helis mainly but dews, VFT, few Neps, maybe Brochinia. Depend on my energy level.

I separated the H. minor x heterodoxa into roughly 8 parts (+ 2 for me). Each piece has nice roots and looks very healthy! Nice bonus for each bag.
It was an ordeal. I had to cut the meshpot into dozens of pieces with a wire cutter, avoiding the roots. Carefully parting the plant along "fault" lines, trying to avoid the fearful crack of shredded plant.
I'm exhausted, but satisfied. Over two hours with a headlight.
@telkwasnowgirl I will deal with you later separately.
Will post tomorrow.
Lots more Heli's to separate and other stuff.
More giveaways to follow.
Stay tuned.
Rest now.
Anybody wants to show gratitude may donate to the forum or local food bank as appropriate.

Not in this subject... but H2O didn't answer to my mail about donation to the forum...

Yikes! Canada Post has gone crazy for ExpressPost to BC. Still for over a kgm of plants and 8 packages, I thought I had to go with Express. For smaller orders, I may consider regular post as the weather is good; depending on individual preference.

I got some vfts from haza45, and it was sent in the small prepaid box. I'm not sure what the speed is on that shipment but it was only $16.99

It's the combination of weight, volume, distance and Expresspost. I didn't want to take a chance on all those plants. Even the gemmae had a hard time in the mail. Hopefully everything will get there ok.
I just checked, I would have needed the largest flat rate national box at $37 with tax. That would have been much cheaper. But you have to buy 12 at once online. I'll check the post office tomorrow and see if you can buy 1 at a time. Plus it's not clear if flat rate boxes are sent ExpressPost.

I checked the flat rate boxes from Canada Post. You can buy them separately at the post office. They are priced by size, listed on the website. The smallest one seems large enough for an individual order of moderately sized plants and is $20 with tax. For larger plants you'd need the largest ($37) or second largest. Weight limit 5 kgm which is a lot for plants. Good for all of Canada. They go by expedited which is slower than ExpressPost but much faster than regular. I'm still glad I sent ExpressPost because I wanted this to get to you before the weekend. These boxes are perfect for across the country if you're ok with a bit slower.

I still have my "nutans" and minor to separate. Also three other Heli's which I don't think will separate into rooted plants. Not sure about the total numbers of reasonable Heli's. Plus there will be other stuff as I mentioned. There is a group of two from nearby who will be local pickup. Everyone else will be individual orders.
Now are people interested in the flat rate box for $20? It's 4 business days.
So please PM me if you are interested in a giveaway: title "Giveaway 'your forum name here' ". Include your full name and address and preferred postage: flat rate, ExpressPost, Regular post.
I will try to please everyone but it may not be possible. If there's some plants you don't want, tell me.
Thinking of next week.

Brackets indicate a group order

So far these are the people who have emailed in response to the above. I will update this as more emails come in. As mentioned above, the exact number of recipients depends on the Heli unpotting.

(@NicoleXPopa & Martin) Montreal
(@wsong & @Shine) @EMBE GTA pickup
@telkwasnowgirl Northern BC
@CP_loverrr @Rhino BC-only if there's leftovers as they were included in BC group order
@Trapper J Ottawa area

Plants have been received! They're currently recovering from their journey. :)

Thank you so much for the drosera and heli, Lloyd! It's my very first heli, so it'll be fun to see how long I can keep it alive. :P

But also, I've been low-key eying the petiolaris complex drosera for a while, I just never had the right drosera-opportunity present itself. I'm so excited for this little guy!

But also, huge thanks to @biotank for organizing the distribution logistics, and @Jacoda88 and his wife for passing the plants along to me.

Don't let the Heli dry out or get too warm. Air movement and misting are good. The dew is easy. Feed it dried blood worms and it will go nuts. Cut all flower stems off and it will multiply like crazy.
Also the occasional tetra byte per pitcher is good.
