Pictures might help, of the plant and setup. Sometimes overfeeding can cause fungus. Very high humidity and no air movement might be the cause. If it's severely affected, might be better to toss it. You can get seeds from forum members (when the postal strike is over) and grow tons of cape sundew for almost nothing. From now on, you will be able to get plants/seeds from forum members for modest prices. Or if you're about to buy from an outside vendor, you can ask whether it's a good deal. $30 for a super common, weedy dew is very expensive.

ill get.pictures when i can but in the mean time. is there any easy control the fungus is only on a small part of the plant i dont feed because of the fungus but it is in a one of those little green houses because i dont have any other good lights

I think the fungus you described can be caused by unfinished food and too much humidity. The safest and easiest way to get rid of it is to wash the leaf with CP-safe water (ex. rain water), use a pair of tweezers to remove any large stubborn pieces and try not to damage the plant which could cause infection.
