Flytrap rhizome above soil line

My flytraps are going through dormancy and thought I'd clean up some of the dead leaves as I was starting to see some white mold.
I found one of the rhizomes about 2 cm's above the soil line, exposed to air. Wondering if I should repot immediately or wait until Feb when I originally intended to repot? It's also pink instead of white...

If it has stayed alive this whole time, it shouldn't hurt to wait until Feb right?

This flytrap went from 1 growth point to like 5 within a growing season and didn't grow outwards much, looks like it grew straight up.. There's a lot of traps growing on top of each other as you can see, sometimes a trap "eating" almost 4 traps. I will divide and give them more space next year

Gently scrape off any mould. Cut off all dead parts. Do not repot till dormancy period over. Put the rhizomes in LFS (live if you have any), mildly moist. Allow air flow. Keep an eye on it.
Thanks, I have a fan that I turn on every couple days and the mold kinda shrinks/dries up, so I've been controlling it that way. Don't have it on all the time due to noise
Did you mean tuck in a piece of sphagnum? it will cover a growth point right underneath, first image
I'll keep an eye on it, hopefully that chunk makes it as it's a decent size. About 2 months before I take repot and take them out of dormancy

If there is no roots I don't think it's an issue, ive heard they will reseat themselves overtime as new leafs grow anyway.
