Sun is always good for Sarr's. Full summer solstice sun at once after lights, maybe not. Careful titration is a good idea. A tray is always good, unless you are perfect at watering.
 
The indoor grown vft will acclimatize meaning the indoor grown leaves may die out especially if the sun is very hot during peak summer. The late summer sun probably should be ok now.
 
Bit of a shame, but it looks like some sunburn to the pitchers, it will look bad for a while, and you may lose some of those leaves later, but the new leaves will be redder, hardier and ready for anything that gets thrown at them. They really are tough as old boots. Precivere mon brave.
