Willy's TC Journey

For some cultures I use the clear covers but I don't have enough for all the jars. :)
I find that the main advantage of those lids is the pressure tolerance. The metal lid will not help if there is any gas built-up inside the jar, which could kill the culture if it is not monitored regularly. Whereas the silicone lid would inflate and shows you that the pressure is higher inside the jar, and warn you before too late.

Hydnophytum formicarum!!! I am so happy about this. I know it's not a CP but it's my first ant plant successfully introduced in TC by seed.

I don't really like the pink color. Reminds me of the bacteria I have to clean from time to time in the shower but I think the left formula will grow better.
The plant don't seem to sink like in the right one :)
Good luck!
