to let you into a secret :) look at feeding your hellis Mycorrhizal fungi , im using MycoGold we dont have a huge choice here in AU,believe you may have greater range in USA ,did use Great white too but was more expensive , used it on hamata and robcantleyii and others ,you see how they grow , mite be worth a try for your guys

seed look good in there Willy , as you have found the pre soak helps a lot :) ,the seed looks good and fat , great tec term :) will be great to see some germination , can take up to 3 months unfortunately ,have had them in weeks but rare

I did find many drosera did react this way in some media , some media may be a bit to strong for a verity of drosera ,in some 1/3 strength was too much othere not enough, but think over all the 1/3 strenth was the best cutting sugar down from 30 gm /L to 20 gm / L helped , the use of charcoal was helpful as well,long time since i did any , and didnt keep any records of what it did at the time , thinking i would remember ,well we all know how that goes with me now days huh :(

1/3 and 1/4MS are my go-to recipe for the sundew, most of them response well. Charcoal helps them to relax more, and reduce the culture crashing rate. It is my fault that it grows tall & wild like that because I forgot to give it enough light for the first month, so the plants grew tall and elongated.
