TDS- Manitoba

Hey guys,
I haven't investigated my tap water until just recently since I am outdoor growing all my new plants this year. I have had to use some tapwater aka. The hose a few times, and this weekend looks like a hot one.
Without having a TDS meter I've found water reports online last done in 2015. With water from taps registering TDS average at 350ish with a high at 790 on the report.
Have any manitobans here checked their tap water recently? Im curious to know a true reading.

Toronto has all its water stats online. You might check your city website. 350 is high even for houseplants. Best to avoid until you can check for sure.

Last time I checked it was 250 ppm in Winnipeg (2 month ago)
250 isnt as bad, My VFT seems to be doing just fine on the occasional hose down. Some older leaves have started to die off but I have more new leaves than old dying.
I think to maintain moisture during hot days I should be okay as long as the rains continue every week or so.

Speaking of rain water, the last few buckets had a lot of pollen and flowers from the honey locust tree and smell incredibly vile, with a stench that is indescribably putrid.
