I'm not sure how bad you have it. We have 1% of the population running around with asymptomatic (hopefully the symptomatic ones stay home) Covid which is bad enough. I had two large cavities filled just before the lockdown in March. I think our Dentists are pretty safe.
Better here at the moment. But recently my county had just over 1% confirmed active cases at a single point in time. This doesn't include the asymptomatic. Nor does it include the denialists I deal with on a near daily basis. I have had coworkers get it, some get quite sick. Friends die. I still have people I care about in direct danger and others who are going. I'll be saying goodbye to them soon. It's been a thing.
Go to the dentist!! I had a small chip and was too scared to go, and next thing I knew, the chip had turned into a bigger chunk, which turned into a root canal, which resulted in about 5 visits over a 1 month period to get the whole thing fixed.
Insurance covers most, but I could have bought myself a nepenthes villosa with my out of pocket!
