I first tried growing this in 2011 from seed. Finally in 2019 it's growing and has flowered with seeds to come. Buttonia superba hosted by Euphorbia tirucalli.

Just the perfect moment. I started these (Ping. esseriana) from a couple leaves shed from a teacup collection in a tofu restaurant in Kyoto almost 20 years ago. I've given away hundreds, and they continue to multiply, and make me happy. This is them being happy on my windowsill... image.png
