My favourite amphibians!I love newts and salamanders. I came across three of these little ones in my back yard.
I'm not sure what kind. Could be Wandering Salamander. But they are really cool and I'm happy they can thrive back there.

yikes! I highly doubt it my friend, as this species is only found in southern UK/Europe and are protected.Wow they look amazing. I think I saw them for sale once at a reptile show but I can’t remember.
Only other newt species with sail/crest would be the The Alpine Newt but that’s from Northwestern Europe!Wow they look amazing. I think I saw them for sale once at a reptile show but I can’t remember.
I love Newts better than Salamanders also. I have also yet to see a wild one.I've always loved amphibians but newts even more because I've never seen a wild one.

Lots in England Lloyd! You don’t have to travel far. They will breed in your back yard pond!I've always loved amphibians but newts even more because I've never seen a wild one.
We have a worm snake here!IN England we have this in disguise, it’s called a Slow Worm and mistakenly for a snake but it’s a leg less lizard.View attachment 12991
