What is this guy? The plant (not flowering) has a honey type smell. I want to see if anybody has noticed this. There's no scale or other bugs on it (under a loupe).

Looks almost like a young Sedum multiceps. Or a young Robert De Niro. Either way, I would expect it to be harrier though. I'm still going Sedum. Now I've got it down to about 400 species for you, Lloyd. You are welcome, sir!
I asked someone I know and they think it belongs in the Monanthes genus, possibly either minima or muralis. We can get a more accurate identification once it flowers.
You guys are great! Now that I've looked, I'm sure it is a Monanthes. Not sure which species. Maybe even polyphylla? No mention of honey like smell though.
