How can 1 plant have 2 different locations?
It says "Shallote-Brunswick SC." I know that Brunswick co is NC and not SC. and Shallote is SC.

It can't. The explanation is simple: People make mistakes! They misread labels or just have typos in their web pages or grow lists. Unfortunately, there are a lot of plants with bad labels having a wide circulation and you end up with a lot of confusion.
Look at a map and youll find Shallotte is in Brunswick Co., NC.
There is more bad info in the text: I think the first AF flava to be found was S.'Suspicion‘ (1989, registered 2007) . The AF flava from Shallotte was found in a batch of seed that was collected in 2004 by a Canadian. There are at least 2 more different AF flava (one from GA found in the early 90s and one from FL found no later than 2007).

So is that one Mislabeled then? and is there no plant like that in NC? I googled their location and it says from Georgia to North Carolina

Yes, it is mislabeled. There is no plant like that in SC.
The label should be: Shallotte, Brunswick Co., NC
It can be corrected here. In most other cases I would be very hesitant to change labels. Sometime people that try to correct labels add more errors! Bad labels also indicate that there may be a mixup of plants.
