Dioneae not doing great...

Hi everyone! As always... my new dioneae isn’t doing great. I have no luck with this species. The leaves are getting yellow then turn black. I’ve lost 5 traps out of 12. Only the new leaves in the centre are looking ok. I’ve repotted it in a 50/50 of perlite and bio peat moss awhile ago. My room’s at 19-20C. It’s under my grow lights and in a 1/2 inch of demineralized water. I’ve moved it away from the light so it doesn’t burn, as I thought it could be the problem. But I’m not so sure about what’s causing this.... Any idea guys? Thanks.

I honestly don’t know what a dioneae dormancy looks like, my previous ones never had one. There is plenty of new leaf at the base, about 1cm long. I hope that they’ll make it. I don’t think it’s going dormant because of increased temperatures and light exposition hours.
