, you will with out a doubt get some contamination in your jars if you dont well you must be the only one in the world :)
your newly sown jars or re-plates are most important to you and getting contams in is sooooo disappointing after so much work , he is what I do ,
when you see your first sign of infection , set up your flow-hood to re-plating standard , perp a 10mm syringe with a 18g x 28 mm draw needle , using 6% by vol. peroxide , draw up 5 Ml or peroxide to put into a 1 Lt jar less if smaller container, and slowing put in the 6% peroxide directly on top of the media do not put it down the face /side of the container big no no !! just slow direct onto the media with out splashing the media all over teh place , the infection will spit and bubble , killing the infection , after 48 hrs the peroxide reverts back to water solution practically , put jar in lower light for 5 days see if infection re-turns , if so repeat again , only get 2 shots at it 3 if your lucky , then when successful re-plate tissue or plant and mark jar as "contam re-plate " , so you can watch it closely , trick is you must catch the infection/ contam as it starts , if its gone to growthed or a fungal mold stage it can be removed by another procedure I use if need been ,very simple but effective . once again must be in early stages of infection to be effective .

NB: some times if your media is good quality you dont even need to re-plat the contaminated jar , when all goes right that is :)
