Along the high grass shoreline of a marsh just North of Danford Lake, the large flowers can be seen periscoping of the Northern Pitcher Plant (Sarracenia purpurea ssp. purpurea). Taken on June 16, 2012.
Spatulate-Leaved Sundews (Drosera intermedia) is very common at the marsh just North of Danford Lake and is more common than D. rotundifolia here I have photos of the leaves and in flower. Taken on July 20, 2012.

Lavender Bladderwort (Utricularia resupinata) This one is a rare one and I have only seen it once during a long drought summer and the water was very low. Conservation Status: vulnerable (S3) in Québec, CA (NatureServe). Taken on July 20, 2012.
I am very fond of photographing Carnivorous Plants in the wild. Most of my spotting are in Quebec but I do come across a few when I am out & about on my travels. I so look forward to sharing my pictures with you.
