Apo's Highland Chamber

Hi everyone! Thought I'd post a quick photo of the new helis in my highland chamber. This one was bare and now it's full! Unfortunately, it is because a good CP friend of mine had to move and couldn't take her plants with her. She was a founder of our local club and it's really a shame they can't be with her. But, now I am in heli's in a serious way. After a month, I'm seeing new growth (they were in a bit of a hard way when I got them), and I think they are settling in well. Let me know if you agree.

Well, I took down my highland growroom. Part of my great scaling back on plants. However, the Heli's have all made the cut and I now have them in with my tuberous dews. I don't know what that means for the tubers in the summer... They might have to replace the Sarrs on the garage shelf. But, the entire Highland Tropical cooling system will make the move over to the new space in the spring. In the meantime, I can use outside air to cool the space (it's getting to -17C here tonight). The plants all look like they made the move in decent shape, though they need a feed. Hopefully their decent health will continue.

Maiden, mon ami. Cela fait beaucoup trop longtemps, monsieur!

Yes, I have a few more plants than the sad little H. minor all those years ago. Mostly, I was gifted these though, so I had to up my game. Turns out a MistKing system is a wonder machine for the health of these plants. ;)

I am flattered you think they look okay. Indeed, I am not sure if anyone's opinions of Heli's would matter more to me than yours. Not even Bruce in KY. But don't tell him I said so. I don't want to hurt his feelings.:p

Great to hear from you! How are your plants doing?
