It is hard to say which jelly works better but it's pretty cool to see Nepenthes rafflesiana grow in-vitro over 17 days.

Yep, not next but it is in the plan.
I'll have to wait until the plants are recovered from shipping and started growing strongly before taking any cuttings.

I have a question...
Does the success rate (germinating seeds) is better In Vitro than in a regular substrat ?

Not really, the success rate is much worse in-vitro because the seeds have to go through harsh sterilization processes.

Depends on the seeds. For Orchid seed it's much more dependable.

Hi @Zoman, you will want to add Plant growth regulators to induce callus. You can start with BAP. By the way, you can refer to the article you shared in the Induction of shoots and roots section.
D. capensis multiplies steadily in TC, I am not sure what you are trying to do, is this just for practice?
